Quite obvious it isnt straight, and where the leak(s) has been.
It had massive cracks almost al over it, atleast 4 large ones, but untill resurfaced/planed it wont be quiet..

Update:
Got the manifold machined at RDB DynoTuning Uddevalla, aint got no problem anylonger with sound/leaks against the engine, the manifold looked like a banana, so no wonder it made some noise.
Also looked at some badass cars from Team VolvoBenz, that got tuned by Thorbjörn at engdahlmotorsport.se, a Volvo 740 or 940 with a m104.980 engine with VEMS that got tweaked and landed a bit north of 500hp with kept durability. (is the plan atleast)
